There are no laws regarding what benefits are arranged between you and your employer.
If you don't like the new arrangement, your recourse is to vote with your feet, and find a job where the benefits are more to your liking. |

Unless you have a contract stating how much vacation you are to get, the company can change the amount or eliminate it all together. Paid vacation, or even unpaid vacation, is not required by US law although it is a common benefit for companies to give.
Written company policies can be changed by the company, and that doesn't need permission from the employees. |

I think that unless your under a contract your an at will employee and they can pretty much do what they want. |
