Age to get a Job in England?

I heard in a magazine that you can get a job when you are 14 in England. Is this true? Because I searched google to find out and had no luck and other people are saying 16, I am soo confused!!

From 11 you can work here if you have constant adult supervision

From 14 you can work but only a few hours a week

From 16 you can work full time
