Any advice, company has forced me out?

I am hoping anybody can help. I had a great job that I loved. I switched departments due to me and colleague not getting on. I always said that if I was moved back to the same department I would hand my notice in. anyway I have been put back onto the same dept and she is now my manager. I have more or less had all responsibility taken from me, the company says I am a good and valued worker so I don't know what I have done wrong. This lady is not a very nice person she belittles people, I have now been told I am not aloud to move from my pc(except for toilet duties). I have to have permission to go downstairs to the workshop, but this is needed for me to do my job, so this now means I am getting behind in my work (but my other colleagues do not need to ask). I have put my notice in because I cannot work like this. I have worked for the company for 15 years. There is now another lady who feels the same and they have moved her from a totally different dept to work in the same dept s us. She has also said That she will put her notice in as she will not work with this lady. Four people have now left (all with over 10 years service). because we do not want to work with this lady. Has anybody got any advice for any of us oldies???
Additional Details
I feel a bit helpless and a bit silly. I know its not right, but our company secretary (who deals with all complaints) is my managers best mate. If I go to an external company, what do I say?? boo hoo my managers not very nice boo hoo. I have always been brought up to think at least i have a job, quit complaining

File a complaint with the Human Resource Department; if your company gets EEOC credits for hiring women than you may be able to use this to your advantage.

You are most likely at the top of your pay-grade and in order to hire entry level employees at a lesser pay you have to leave. But, if you file a complaint against the supervisor she will have to find someone new to pick on.

Also, ask to see your personal file to see if there are any negative documents in their; take a pen and on the back of each document sequentially number and date the pages; this will be so that negative documents can not be back dated. The documents belong to the company so they will not allow you to copy them.

Most companies want to down-size at this time or get two employees for the price of one without benefits. Check your local Fair Housing & Employee Dept. for breaks times some are 10 min. some are 15 min.

Yes, absolutely. This should not be tolerated.
As a HR Manager I work very had to embed a culture of 'approachability' in the department. Have you tried talking to your HR team? Do you have one and if so will they listen?
I would consider raising a formal grievance, if only to be heard. This is something that the Company should want to hear about if they want to improve things.

IM me if you would like to discuss in more detail, but its sad that people should feel unhappy due to unnecessary actions of their line managers.

If in the UK contact ACAS www.acas.co.uk and ask about constructive dismissal - something to do with leaving your job because of the forced situation.

Lets dissect your question bit by bit because its relevant.
You switched departments due to you and a colleague not getting on.
Did you make your employer aware of your reasons for switching? If you did was the complaint documented? If it was, this will assist, if not, then you haven't made your employer aware that there was a problem between you and this colleague.
You state that you made people aware that if you were moved back to this department you would hand your notice in. Again did you make your employer aware of this?
Your employer cannot be expected to act on situations if he is not made aware of them.
If you did inform your employer then you must write a grievance, regarding this present situation stating that you feel you are not able to do your work sucessfully due to this woman and her treatment of you bur you will have to give examples of situations. Plus write that you feel discriminated against due to rules that you have told to abide by yet others clearly do not. record how these rules are affecting your ability to do your job properly.
Give factual examples and remember that this is about you no one else. The fact that the company secretary that deals with complaints is best friends with this woman shouldn't come into it go above her and state in the letter your reasons why you had to do this. They should undersatnd.
You can only file for constructive dismissal if you have tried to rectify the issue and given your employer every opportunity to respond and rectify. It is only when your employer has failed to recognise the issue and done absolutely nothing about it that you can then submit your notice and file for CD.

I would contact an attorney before leaving the job. You should contact the corporate office. You are being shoved out. But the the corporate office may not be any help if they have given her permission to treat you this way. I have just dealt with a similar problem where they moved my desk to a doorway and I had to get up every time someone wanted to leave the room. When I asked as to why it was done I was yelled at and humiliated in front of customers. I am no longer employed. But had I tried to take care of the problem before I lost my job I may have been able to do something about it. I have since been terminated. I advise you to look into everything and possibly get the attorney before you leave your employment.
