I am considering going to school to become a PI, in the Akron, Ohio area. I would like to know what my post-school prospects are upon successful completion in this geographic area. I would like to hear from folks in the industry, and would like to open a dialogue with someone about this field.

Have you looked in the classified ads in Akron, OH?
I think most private investigators work for themselves and advertise their services. If you're lucky, you can get referrals from insurance companies. You may want to make friends with attorneys and/or insurance adjusters so you can get assignments. |
