I'm looking for a law student in process of graduating or someone who will not charge me an arm an a leg. The contract is a Finders Fee Agreement.
I have looked online for ones and they don't work for my business.
Additional Details
I know what a contract needs in it. I don't know HOW and CANT write it up. I dont trust myself

Any contract has three basic points to be valid:
1) each side gives and receives something of value
2) both sides agree on the exchange
3) No part of the exchange can be an illegal action or product
From there you can spell out the details, exact amount and method of payment, timeframe, etc. |

instead of having a law student or third person not a lawyer to write it, write it your self, as long as you write out all the issues you should be OK, a court is more likely to enforce your contract if you wrote it versus having a non-lawyer write it full of legalese that is wrong, the court will toss it right out |

im a final year student at a law school in south india, i have studied and done apprenticeship on contract law, and international trade laws. i could write it for you if you so wish, provided you give me all the details u want incorporated in it. i let you to choose a fair legal fee you would pay for my services. im not doing this for the money but to help out with the knowledge i have acquired thats why. but i consider renumeration an integral part of the deal as an incentive for my work. contact me thru email. |
