Anyone know what to do if an employer fails to give you your final paycheck?

if you should have been paid and the employer has failed to pay you then contact the department of labor for your state and file a wage claim. this is a list of websites for each state:

FIRST, Find out if you really have a problem. Ask for the check. It may be there waiting for you, or it may be lost or delayed in the mail. If they are holding it back for any reason, ask them why.

SECOND, If they are intentionally withholding it for any reason, then you may have to contact the Department Of Labor in your state.

Call the Human Resource Dept. and tell them. They should be able to get your check for you.
