Are the countries like Usa,australia,Canada really facing shortage of skilled legal workers?

Are the indian law graduates being recruited abroad to fullfill those positions?

No, the U.S. is not recruiting people from other countries to work here as the process to get a work visa is extremely difficult to qualify for. Most employers do not have jobs that qualify for sponsorship so they are unable to hire workers from other countries that do not have authorization to work here.

I'm in Australia, and we have too many skilled legal workers. There are too many graduates every year, and the job market is very compeditive.

Indian law graduates are not being recruited for US jobs. Their law degrees are not recognized in the US and they would have to attend law school. US law schools are turning out more lawyers than there are legal jobs.

Yes, and it will get worse. Because of the work being shipped off shore, the wages of the present workers are reduced. People here can't live on wages that are being reduced (in some fields) while inflation continues to spiral. The balance of wealth has sloped toward the higher wage groups. The large middle class has lost ground fiercely over the last two decades. Some exceptions exist.
