I'm studying law at the moment, but obviously I know that the legal system is very different in America, are there any jobs in which you could transfer from one system to the other with minimal training?

I meant the legal sector, there are many other jobs not just lawyers

Try finding a job with an American firm with offices in the U.K. - you might then get an opportunity to transfer.
There are many qualified attorneys in the U.S. - therefore, a company would need a good reason to hire one from abroad. |

Actually, lawyers are the last thing America needs. There aren't enough jobs for them as it is. Straight out of college, unless you're amazing, you can't find a single firm to take you in.
Doctors, nurses, scientists, they come first when it comes to immigrating by cause of profession. |
