The company were i work is a complete wreck and i was wnadering if this is legal.
The big one is, is it legal to not pay an employee without giving them notice of you doing so even if theyve worked hours that week.
in one case someone i know was late one day in the week were he has informed work he can not work that early on that day anymore. work then didnt pay him for that week without informing him .
is that legal please help if you can show me any proof or if your a lawyer or barrister just put it in the sources, cheers
its a large business with several employees who do get kicked about
also if you can Is it legal to give your pay slip after your paid or none at all

You must refer to your employment contract i.e if you were given one.It is illegal not to give a payslip to your employee becaue it shows you the tax you are paying etc. Sue them! |
