You may want to try working as an attorney in a corporate office. Your mostly doing paperwork...I work for a large franchise company corporate headquarters and that's really all he does. He deligates a lot of the duties to the compliance coordinator and his assistant.

I think I would look into real estate. Not the normal type but look into zoning or property boundaries. Its growing the more we infill the populated downtown areas. More people are going to want to sell their homes and build multi-unit structures and will need help with changing the zoning.

Many large corporations will hire graduates irrespective of the degree they took. For example years ago I worked for a large computer company that hired a MD (ie. Medical Doctor) as a computer sales person. Many companies will find your area of study helpful ..
