I was asked if i can obtain my background check information from my current security employer, to provide to a new nanny employer. Is this legal? Am I allowed to ask my current security company for copies of my background check, fingerprinting and drug test results? and entitled to recieve them?

The law does not prohibit you to seek the background check information from your current security employer. But are you going to disclose that you intend changing the job ?. If you are sure of the new job, then please disclose. |
