An awakening article for both empolyess and employers.

In our free economy, each empolyee entitled by law the right of minimum wage for regular hours and 1.5 times of minimum wage for over time. Every additional payment dollar should be honored only by contract, which typically uses industrial average as reference.

Very legal. You need to work at least 15 minutes over if that is their policy. Where I work, it's 7 minutes. Sometimes I get a check and they have paid me overtime when didn't even know I had it coming. It's because I didn't punch out until 8 or 10 minutes past shift end

usually it is 15 minutes increments, this does apply to casual OT, which means clocking in early or staying late just to get OT

That is legal for any employer.
