Ok, like a year and a half ago, I got a misdeameanor that was attempt to obstruct justice. I was drunk and ran from the cops because I didn't know it was the cops, since I was too drunk. Well I want to apply at a restaurant, but I don't know if I will not be able to get a job because this shows up on my record. My last courtdate for this is in January, and I will be finished with all my things for that, so maybe that would help. Also, I live in Illinois.
