I yelled at my boss at work. I swore at him. I called him a liar and accused him of violating the law. Furthermore, I went to the Employee Advocate and told her all the stuff my boss did. Can this fall back on me?

You'd have been wise to go to the Employee Advocate BEFORE you did all that stuff - or actually instead of doing it. |

Employers can always find a way to screw an employee, even if the employee did not do anything wrong. I have found employers to be vindictive back-stabbers, so I'm afraid you will have to expect to be fired.
I do commend you for standing up for yourself and not taking s*it. I'm not sure who this "Employee Advocate" person is, but if they are an employee of the company you work for, they will be on management's side and they will support whatever your boss wants.
Even if the "Employee Advocate" is a governmental organization, there is probably not much they can do to help you. The laws of the land were written by the the wealthy elite in favor of themselves and their businesses...the laws were not made to benefit the working man.
You must move on to another job...and, if you so desire, you may choose to seek justice, vigilante style, on your ex-employer.
