Yes. First of all, most applications only ask for felonies.
Second, employers will look at a number of factors if you have a criminal background. For example if you were convicted of battery or public intoxication back when you were college aged, they'd probably consider that a college aged blunder. However if you were convicted of stealing or something to do with an auto accident, you probably won't be getting a job at a bank or doing deliveries. |
