Can Lawyers Pull up an Expunged Record?

I want to become a paralegal and my record is already EXPUNGED (I had 1 misdemeanor charge) but I want to make sure that my future employer aka A Lawyer cant look @ an expunged record when doing an employment background screening?? Please let me know, this is very important thanks so much guys!!!

I believe they can. but I don't think they can hold it against you..
everything you do is always out there somewhere.. like if you are under 18, its still there, they just can't use it against you..

It really depends on the state you live in and what the state laws say about expunged records. In the state of Arkansas they have a law that is called a look pass law. If you apply for a teaching or medical job. They call look at the expunged records. |
