If the concerned employee ,did hide the fact, at the time of employment in the second company or has mis led the second company,his services can be terminated.But if he was not asked to dis close; at the time of second employment;he can not be issued pink slip on this ground. |

They can especially fire you if you lied on your application or during the interview process. People who lie tend to do other immoral things. |

It is normally asked in the interview why you left a company. It is always prudent to be honest in answering the question. If you were terminated by your previous employment say you were, and explain why you were terminated. If this question why you left or resigned from your job was not asked in the interview then you can say that the question did not come up if the company found out you were terminate by your previous employer. If the question why you left or resigned from a previous employer did not come in the interview it is most likely that the interviewer had put more weight on your experience, your background, your fitness to the job being filled up. You can be terminated it is the discretion of the company for giving false information. It will be an integrity issue against you and if there is an integrity issue there are no questions asked you will be given a termination notice and you can not sue the company because there is probable cause. However, once you are already in and already working show the company that you can be relied on, show them that you can deliver, work diligently and the company might not put too much weight in terminating you for giving false information because you can show that you are an asset to the company for contributing to the company's overall objective. |
