not in Wisconsin they can't i got a felony for receiving stolen goods when i was 19 it was a suit case i was a cna for 28 years and last yr i went for a job at an assisted living home or as we calling cbrf home i was told they couldn't hire me due to me having a felony its the new law here i was told and my work record as a cna was flawless. and yet right after being turned down for the job i heard on the local news that i or anyone could serve in a government office with a felony now tell me this makes sense it doesn't to me so i guess i will have to run for office with the gov to get a job seeing are gov is hiring felons, and we wonder why are gov is so corrupt .

I am thinking your past actions will prohibit an employer in that field from hiring you. You might want to rethink your career path.

I think so you'll need permission from the court/parole officer
I don't think you'll be able to work close to pharmaceuticals/medical drugs
