because my exwife took my car to the dealership, and they want to charge me 295.oo just because the did in expection. and also make another key.

it does not matter if you signed or if your ex-wife signed if the dealership has a "reasonable" belief that she was allowed to sign for the service then they can do the work.
who made the original appointment?
did the dealership know she was your ex?
what service was the appointment for?
has anyone else ever delivered a vehicle to have service for you?

No they have to notified you if there is anymore work that have to be done but they are not to blame your ex is the one- I think is to much money just for that |

Depends on your state, some states that require safety inspections can allow for a dealership (or certified mechanic) to make those changes to your car. Look at the order form and see if there was a waiver that allows the dealership to make necessary changes due to safety. |

If the car is in YOUR name and you did not sign an authorization for the work, then no. Fight it. If SHE signed for the work without your approval, then she is liable. Talk to the dealership and go straight to the manager. Don't loose your temper, but let them know that you did NOT approve the work and as it is your car, they had no right to either do the work or to charge you for it. |
