Can an employer change a job ad after you've applied?

I've applied for an internal job which was initially advertised as permanent. Since I submited my application it's changed to temporary. Can they do this? I wouldn't have applied had it said temporary in the first place.

yes they can do this, who cares if you applied, if they call for an interview just say that you changed your mind because it isn't permanent. They can change it even after your hired in the position unless you have a contract. |
