employers should not go into detail about anyone termination
if someone get the boot, most of the time the manager or supervisor will let the team know that so and so violated a rule but will not go into to much detail |

Not in Connecticut. We have a law here called the Connecticut Personnel Files Act which prohibits employers from disclosing "individually identifiable information" from your personnel file without your written consent. Telling other co-workers about your termination would violate this law. |
