i was wondering if i can press charges for discrimination at work. i am one of two white people at my workplace, and my boss hates me for no good reason. i work in california.

the rest of my workplace is latino.

That sounds awfull. If you have proof that this has happened or that Your boss is being scrim then you can have a case. Try getting a Small camera or recorder, to secretly see what your boss is doing. If you find that proof, you can get a lawyer and start a case, which you will probably win. If your boss just hates you, it might be because of something else, if you are lazy, (I am not saying you are) or maybe it is something else. If you are sure it is race you are dealing with then get proof and file charges. Hope it helped! |

I think your boss just hates you in which case it is not racial discrimination. Note you said you are one of two white people that work there. You did not mention if the other white employee is getting discriminated against either. And since you didn't I assume he/she is not and therefore you really dont have a case. |
