Hi about a month ago i went to work and then my manager said that my supervisor said that i quit.I told that i didn't quit and he said to call the central office.I called and they set up a meeting for monday but they also said thati might not get my job back becuase they can hired someone who just quit. In order to quit where i work you usually have to put it in writting for the bosses to see and you have to sign the paper.
i never wrote anything i just and never signed anyting. Becuase of that i haven't work for the last month becuase the person thats taking my case when on vacation.Is there anylegal action i could take because of the month of work and the fact that i never quit.

You just don't seem to understand. You were fired!! They're just saying " you quit" so you don't have to explain to a potential employer why you were fired. |

It will be a "he said she said" type of issue. Why even fight it unless you were full time and had benifits? If you didn't have medical or other benifits, I would look else where, where you would be appreciated. |
