Can they drug test at age 17?

I am currently 17, and if i were to apply for a job could they do a drug test on me, or do i have to be 18 to be drug tested?

Yes it's legal to drug test you. They would need your parents signature on the paperwork as well as yours. If you parents refuse to sign the paperwork you would not get the job. They are you parental guardians.

I don't know what the law is where you are; but I imagine if the job requires a drug test,,,you will get a drug test.
A lot of jobs do random drug testing just to make sure their employees aren't on drugs.

Sure they can - taking their drug test is voluntary. Of course, if you refuse, there's no way they'll hire you.

If the job you are applying for does drug testing, it does not matter your age.
