I have recently broke both ankles but i have now been given the O.K. by the doctor to return to work. What are my rights regarding going back to work?

You don't say how the injury happened. If it was not work related, then unless you were eligible for, and filed for, FMLA leave, they don't have to let you come back. |

Has THEIR doctor cleared you? Was the injury at work and do they consider that you were at fault and are a dangerous (to yourself) person? |

Are you able to return to full duty or only partial? If they have no partial duty work, they don't have to create some just for you. |
