Carelessly quitting jobs whenever i want or please [consequences]?

1. If I quit jobs randomly, or whenever I want.. without telling them, what could my possible future consequences be ?

2. What is EZ-INFO form that you sign at a new job... does that company really show the new employer what jobs you've quit and abused, etc .?

3. If not above, is there such a service ?

4. Besides bad Karma, what else could I suffer ?

It helps, but I already knew most employers think that way..

My thing is, I've had probably 11 jobs, but only share 2 on my resume or in general.

Anyone else, please ?

If you're only putting 2 of 11 jobs on your resume, there's either a time gap that has to be explained, or your lying about how much time you spent on the two jobs. Employers can asks for dates of employment. Also, you can't control the fact that an inexperienced and uninformed person at at former employer may take the call and spill the beans about you. For long term prospects, your on a dangerous path. You need to distance these jobs with a much more long term position. In time, you'll be okay once you establish yourself as a dependable person, Otherwise, I hope you're rich.

When I hire employees I want references on how long they worked a job and how well. I am not wasting my time,energy and money on a fly-by-night. Does that help?

With only 2 references on that resume, you either have large gaps or are lying about the length of those jobs. If it's the latter, you will get caught eventually.

In either case, your resume will tend to end up in the reject pile more frequently. It does catch up with you eventually.

No one will want to hire someone who just walks out of jobs and quits without giving notice. Your going to ruin any chance you have at a great job.

I am not a HR person but I think legally the only thing a former employer can do is verify that you worked there. I do not think "legally" they can say anything negative about you. Of course, you would never know this. And someone looking to hire you might take the fact that they are not saying but the minimum to mean something bad and not hire you anyway.

I would encourage you to grow up and take some responsibility. Quitting "whenever you want" or "randomly" isn't a very smart thing and the way the job market is now...that could be dangerous.

You will also start burning bridges and if you used me as a reference and I found out that you were doing this...I would ask that you no longer use me as a reference. Your references can say whatever they wish about you and if you made me look bad to your former employeer because I recommended you, I might want some payback.
