Convicted felon with a Class A license, need help finding a trucking Co. that will hire me?

My name is Ernesto Patricio, I graduted from a trucking school back on 05/30/2008, So now i have my class A license with my Doubles & Triples & Tankers Endorsments, but i cant find employment because of my felony criminal record. I have been turned down by Schnider National & Warner trucking, I need some major help finding a trucking company that will give me a chance?

The problem with some of the smaller trucking companys is that they want you to have at least 1 year otr experience

You have a real problem............what would you do.........someone comes in and asks for a job.......opps.......convicted felon..........but that's OK........take this truck..........and cargo..........tens of thousand of dollars of equipment and cargo..... not to mention the liability that goes with a rig like that...........drive it across the country............why.......because I trust you...........would you hire a person like that if you were the hiring manager?

Ask the trucking school for help..........they should have job placement.........

It cant hurt if you try every little company in your area can it? Im sure some will need good drivers, and if not you can always check google, i checked and see quite a few sites where other people have the same problem.

Try and get to a hiring manager in person and explain your situation you may be given an opportunity. Most people understand that mistakes are made in life... Hopefully you will be given a chance. Good luck to you :)
