It's *you* that's being offered the promotion, but it's *them* that's pregnant? Okay so if the pregnant person is not the one getting a promotion, then why does it matter that anyone in this situation is pregnant? |

are you pregnant and want to know if your boss can give you a promotions.. if this is the case then I do not see why not..
If your boss is pregnant and wants to give you a promotion.. then it should still be no problem.. |

And yes, whichever - a pregnant person can do whatever a person who isn't pregnant can do!
Or did you mean " could an employer offer an employee a promotion if that employee was pregnant?"
If you did, then in theory yes, but where's your grammar - are you sure you qualify for promotion?!! |

ok let me understand They are the employer and THEY are pregnant right? Or is it you thats pregnant and being offered the promotion. If its the first scenerio yes they can. If its you whos expecting some companies do and some dont. Its a judgment call. I got offered a managment postion 8 wks after having my first child. I turned it down as I knew the extra hours and demands from the company I would never see my baby. And I dont regret it at all. |
