I quit because the manager went on vacation and left me with 40+ hours for an entire month when she knew I was not able to do that and I was not hired as a full time employee. Everything was fine until I got a call asking why I had not shown up to work, I told them I had talked with HR and had resigned. The women was really mad and asked who I talked to. I want to go back to work there, there is a new Manager and she said she would call me. Do you think they will have what happend on record?
Additional Details
Their policy is if you quit, you have to quit that day no two week notice.

Sorry.........you quit when they needed you..........you should have calmed down and worked it out when your manager got back.....your out...........life's lesson. If you had 40 hours for an entire month that's far from full time.........sorry............your out....... |

Any time you leave without giving notice you are probably not going to be rehired. Use this as one of life's lessons. Always have a new job before you quit your old one and always give notice. Good Luck |
