I recently got in trouble with my boss and was sent home early. I have thought about the situation and decided that I was not in the wrong. I decided to resign with 2 weeks notice when I return to work on Monday. I know my boss will have a disciplinary write up for me to sign when I return to work. Do I have to sign this write up?

I guess they always say that bosses does no wrong well if you have sufficient proof that you are not to blame then I would advise you not to sign the write for this will stand up bad in your reference profile which is always asked for by whoever company which you will be applying for in the future. I guess all you have to do is make sure that you give in your two weeks notice and do it immediately it all then depends whether he will accept it or ask you to leave immediately but I guess he will have to make all the necessary payment due you and if sent home he has to pay you right at that moment for if not you can take him to court for non compliance. You see if you sign this write this give him the authority not to pay you for you would be stating that you have violated his rules and base on this have all right to retain from paying you. |
