I know restaurants can pay waiters less than minimum wage... but are waiters also exempt from breaks?

As far as what is required legally that varies by state.
Most states do not mandate any breaks for adults....

There's no federal law requiring breaks. Some states have laws requiring breaks, so who get them and when would depend on what state you are in. |
