what do you mean "get them back"? get what back? and no, if you quit, you aren't eligible for unemployment benefits

If you quit, generally not.

Unless you have a compelling reason to quit the job, you will probably not be eligible for UI benefits. You may qualify for UI if:

-you were laid off
-you quit to move with a spouse
-you quit to care for a family member who was ill
-your hours were cut back significantly

If you just quit cause you didn't like the job or the hours, you aren't eligible for UI.

not in michigan. You have to be laid off or fired. Every state has their own laws.
