Certainly, Regular studies has better value than any education or course through distance education.
However, in case of 'Business Law', the above statement is not "100% TRUE", if the candidate is employed in a commercial organisation, assigened with relevent job. |

Certificates of Distance education are always concerned secondary.
That is because, such courses are attended by those who are engaged in other job, business, etc.
Why you waste time and money in further studies when you can start earning by business without zero investment? |

If it's distance ed from a school that is mainly on-campus study, a regular university, it might. If it's from a mainly online school, probably not. |

if you are talking about getting a Juris Doctor (Law Degree) then you need to find an American Bar Association accredited school to take the bar exam. Some schools are not accredited and you can only take the bar in the state where the school is located limiting your ability to practice elsewhere. And, law if often about networking so i would find regular study more valuable as far as locating work. |
