Yes. Special Agent candidates must qualify under one or more of the following four entrance programs: Law, Accounting, Language, and Diversified. If you have a J.D. from an accredited resident law school you may qualify under the Law entrance program. In addition if you serve as a JAG for 2 years you may also qualify under the Diversified entrance program.
Edit: Special Agents under the Law program are attorneys and are sometimes referred to as FBI staff attorneys but the FBI also hires attorneys for its Office of the General Counsel.
Applicant's must possess a J.D. degree, be an active member of the Bar (any jurisdiction), and have at least one year post-J.D. experience as a practicing Attorney.
