Im doing law homework and i have to find an example of a employment dispute that ACAS has resolved and i cant seem to find any...any help please of where i can find some thanks:) x

I personally would ring ACAS and ask if they can help you with this.
Explain that you are studying Law and I am sure they will assist.
ACAS work as mediators between the employer and employee to see if they can solve the dispute and prevent the tribunal having to hear the case which of course saves a lot of time and effort. If not try ringing the TUC in London, they may have some cases that they use for training purposes or may put you in contact with an area rep that is assisting someone going through the process. |
