What is needed to become an executive assistant? Recommended degree? Any advice

I want to do that type of work, but it is hard trying to find entry level work for it. They always want a degree for it AND some experience. A bachelor's degree is ALWAYS recommended, usually in business or finance/accounting. It really depends on the field/company you're applying into. Hope this helps!

Some even require B.A or B.S. (BAchelor's in arts or science)

A degree will always help. There are many people that would apply for those types of jobs that already have degrees. Is it required though? Definitely not. But it does offer a edge if you have one.
