Every employee has a legal duty to ensure the health and safety of , not only themselves, but that of other employees.

gail
Section 7, To take reasonable care for the H&S of himself and any other person that may be affected by by his acts or omissions & to cooperate with his employer.
Section 8 No person shall recklessly interfere or misuse anything provided in the interest of H&S.
Section 14, To use all work equipment an accordance with training and instructions given
Also to inform employer of any shortcomings regarding H&S.

Basically employees have responsibilities to communicate with the employer about anything that they do that could affect the H&S of themselves and their work colleagues.
