Saturday I was at work chatting with another co-worker Connie.
Connie:Kate keeps callin me to go hang out with her....I dont want to hang out with her.
Me:I thought she didnt even like you.
Connie:Who cares, I dont like her either.
Me:She thinks she deserves special treatment cus shes pregnant
Connie:Shes probably not really pregnant shes probably just fat.
(everyone laughs)
Sunday I go to work and everything is cool. After break I am working and Kate (the pregnant girl) drops a knife and Connie says " Oh let me get that for you, I dont want you to hurt the BABY" and Kate says "Yeah cus You know Im PREGNANT right?"
So The whole day They continue this little childish act and I remained silent as hard as it was because I know that I am capable of saying some very harsh things and I could not affford to lose my job.So then Kate(the pregnant girl) starts up a rumor telling everyone that I said I im going to beat her up...(mind you, I never said a word to this girl) but she claims I said it to her face!! Then She walks past me.....Bumps me then says "Thats it! Im calling a police, for assualt"
Basically the girl is CRAZY, DRAMATIC and was trying her best to make a scene and get me to react which I wasn't doing.Then she goes to the manager and says "She bumped me 3 times and she said shes going to kick my pregnant azz" I replied "You're a liar , I never said a word to you and these lies are going to come back to bite u in the azz" The manager tells BOTH of us to punch out. So I started walking toward the office and so did she, The manager tells her to wait until I punch out first when I came out of the office I saw the girl back on the floor working so I guess they let her stay which is UNFAIR BEING THAT I DID NOTHING WRONG. So another co-worker pulled me into the office and told me that Kate was crazy and dramatic and everyone knows how she is and that she will talk to the manager for me because shes knows I didnt do anything wrong,Today My friend from work txtd me and said that everyone is saying that Im fired because I keyed the two girls car and that they are filing a police report!!! I DIDNT TOUCH ANYONES CAR, AND FURTHERMORE NEITHER OF THEIR CARS ARE WORTH KEYING THEY ARE BOTH RAGGEDY. This is insane..How can someone make a police report off of LIES? I feel like Im being ganged up on by two girls...in a situation like this where I could lose my job I dont play games like that.Honestly If I saw the girl Connie outside of work I'd probably tear her a new ahole. But i would NEVER HIT OR THREATEN ANYONE OR TOUCH ANYONES PROPERTY WHILE AT WORK!

Oh yeah and I called ONE of the 3 managers that witnessed everything and she said I AM NOT FIRED. And to come in tommorow for a group meeting.The other two managers were not there during it all so what they will be hearing is all he-say she say.

Yes there is a lot of drama. If I were you I would chalk this up as a bad experience and find another job.
Since they made you clock out but not the pregers employee then they are taking her side. If I were the manager I would have made both of you clock out early until we could all meet for a much needed employee meeting.
They have already made up their minds. I know this sounds unfair. You will find a better job. Sorry |

Holy Cow! Is this job even worth all these headaches? It sounds like you are darned if you do and darned if you don't; seriously, I would recommend that you just write it off to experience and find a new position. If you want to stay there (and sorry...but why?? It sounds like a horrible working environment) then you should document everything; and start now...what's done is done and as you wrote, it's going to be a case of "he said, she said". But again, I recommend you just bag this job and move on. Work situations like this can become truly upsetting and dangerous. Stranger things have happened than being physically harmed by a co-worker especially if they are as nutty as this one seems to be. If you haven't been there that long then just leave it off your resume; don't worry about having a "gap". But when you do look for another job and are interviewing, do not I repeat DO NOT get into all the drama about this job. New employers will look at it as a huge red flag, whether you are right or wrong. Just say that you decided to move on; the position wasn't right for you; you want to find a better "fit", a more professional environment, and a better income. That's it. Those are all very very legitimate reasons to leave a position. Employers are pretty smart; they can read between the lines. Lots of times, the less said, the better.

First of all no matte where you work if you are working with other women and men for that matter there are going to be rumors going around about somebody and there is always going to be a drama queen in the pack. So know this and accept that this is going to be and that you can't change that but that you can change how you react.
!. Read the book "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" this will teach you SO MUCH more than anything else will.
2. Never and I mean never trust anyone you work with...always be careful of what you say, by thinking would I be able to say this statement in front of the person it is about? If can't then don't say it!
3.Don't get invovled in the he said she said....like you stated you were talking and laughing about this girl...it could have been a set up!
4. When people are gossiping and want you to jion in make a joke about someone sitting there...like well how can I have an opinion when so in so monmpolzes the comversation.....just make jokes about people there, if you feel you must be with these people but NEVER get into it with them saying the same dirt....at some point it will come back to bite you in the butt. I assume you want to move up the ladder so in a situation like this go to the manager tell her the type of back biting going on and ask her how you should deal with it...DON"T mention names just the general situation.
