It's a great job for your age. My first job was working in a fast food restaurant and minimum wage here was only 5.15 an hour at the time. It was horrible and I couldn't get that disgusting grease smell out of my clothes.

It will be a bit boring, but boredom is better than working somewhere like McDonalds. It might be hard at first but you should be able to pick it up quickly.

It's a great job as long as you have the right attitude and respect the rules and requirements. Every job you take leads to the next job. Be on time, notice how the others are dressed and how they act, do your work quickly and accurately. My first job was a file clerk position, I learned some things, yes it was boring sometimes - often - but even when I moved into management years later, sometimes the work is boring. Good luck.

You will learn the ins and outs of a law firm before you finish HS. You'll be so far ahead of everything and this job wil get you great letters of rec from judges and lawyers that will get you into the best schools.

My first job was wiping off tables at a restaurant. I put flier n windshields, shoveled snow. . . . . .I hope you're seeing that this is a great opportunity that you'll regret. There are some kids your age who are homeless and if they could work at a pizza shop they would just to eat every day and maybe put a roof over their own heads.

My wife was on her own at 16 learning how to lay bricks. She got half the money because she was a woman, but the skill of being a mason invaluableble. She would have loved to have an inside job, but working the register at a fast food place wasn't paying the bills.
