Filled chapter 7 Bankruptcy, had creditor meeting on 9/10/08 Surrendered an ATV. It has been 6 weeks and we have not heard anything from them. They have not called, sent a letter or came to pick it up. I heard something about a 60 day law, that if they do not come get it within 60 days, we can keep it. Is this true? And if it is, is that 60 days from the meeting of the creditors, or 60 days after our case is discharged? Is it normal to not hear anything from them? We did not use a lawyer in our bankruptcy, we filled ourselves.
