im having a hard time finding a job in the buford ga area because i have a misdemeanor asssault on my record, any of you guys have tips?

most likely that has nothing to do with it.........................
most employers only ask about felony convictions and even then unless the conviction directly relates to the job there is little residual effect.
the economy is slow and employers can be very picky. as unemployment continues to go up there are more and more quality applicants.
is your record reflected in the way you present yourself today?
did you learn from the mistake and improve yourself because of it?
have you taken ownership of your past and used it as a tool to become a better person and employee or do you use it as an excuse?
all of these questions will go a long way to explaining why you have not found work, add them to the current job market and the answers start to become even clearer.
don't allow your past to control your future, it can only do so if you allow it.
background checks aren't the issue the economy and how you use the past are. |

well if u r lookin for a job or wana make money there is a way to....wat all u gotta do it u just ve to sit in front of ur pc connected and u dont ve to pay even a single peny from ur pocket like other scam sites,and u can earn 120-145$ per week i m also on it received 3 cheques till now from mar08 try this and pray for me good luck
