Fired For No Reason In Pa Do I Have A Case?

Ok, I had been laid off for about 3 weeks. I received a letter in the mail that said I was terminated and gave no reason. Everyone else in my department returned to work including people that had less seniority than myself.
I know that I was fired because a co-worker that is friends with the boss did not like me and tried to make my life hell while I was working there. She is very confrontational and no one that works with her likes her. She has even got in my face and said very rotten things about my father when he passed away after I returned to work after his funeral (she didn't even know him). I have talked to our boss several times about her and she has never received any disiplinary action.
This lady was actually fired several years ago because she caused problems with all of her co-workers, but because she is the bosses friend she got rehired a few years later.
Bottom line is that they terminated my employment and gave no reason in the letter and never told me why. I am very upset and honestly for all that I went through there I feel very disrespected and I don't think it's fair. I honestly would like to know if I may have a case against the company.

they can fire if they don't like or for any other reason as long as it is not a protected class, they also do not have to give you a reason |

Nepotism unfortunately is not illegal. You have no case. PA is an Employee-At-Will state meaning you can be terminated for any reason and with or without cause just as you can quit your employment for any reason with or without cause. |
