Florida Paycheck law question?

I am waiting for my last paycheck by mail.How many days can an employer hold the check in Florida?

you are to be paid(or post marked) by the normally scheduled payday for the last pay period you worked.

Florida does not have a payday law they follow the federal guidelines

I do not know about Florida but in Montana if they fire you four hours or the end of business day. And if you quit it should be issued as per normal schedule and then it is as long as it takes to get there.

They can not hold your last check. If they do report them to the labor department as they are in violation of the minimum wage laws.
