Hi. My friend worked for a non-profit company for 3 years. Recently his boss told him that he hadn't done everything she asked of him and that he was fired and his position would not be filled. The HR person told him that he has no "write-ups" in his file and that during his employment he never had a performance review. Also, his boss is considering hiring her husband to fill the position. Does he have any options other than speaking with the board of directors? If he gets his job back, how can he keep the boss from harassing him?
