I'm having "problems" with a manager at work. Without wishing to appear paranoid, he is out to get me.
By definition harassment or victimisation has to be more than one instance; so how many would it be?
And of course, what can, or should I do about it?
For those of you with the obvious answer, there is no section in the Yellow Pages for Hitmen.

he knows I'm not a pushover which is one reason he's going for it.
One other reason being that he thinks he's invincible, I reported him once for falsifying legal documents and worse, coercing someone else into doing the same (not me).
He was promoted shortly afterwards. Don't think I'll get much support from his managers, do you.

The 1st thing is to keep a diary of times dates and happenings.
Do you have a care team where you work for support, if not find a collegue or afriend you can confide in
Seek help and advice from your union
This could be a case for bullying, harassment, or victimisation
you need advice and support

The evident option would be to change your job, even there are very limited chances for that.
If your actual job gives you enough satisfaction, it would be possible to resist there despite your boss's comportment, until ... he will "advance" in his career. If this doesn't really could happened, you'll have the maximum percentage to became very ill ... because your organism will fight against your lack of decision until you will change its environment.
So, I think that will be up to you to decide if your job and your professional position are important for your life, or... more important than yourself.
You have to be yourself the most important instance which will take decisions for your present and your future life. |

Change your job, this is not worth the hassle and its would be very hard to prove harassment in a court. |

Try to find a new job and leave this company. My present job is s-h-i-t too and that's what I'm gonna do.
