I won my appeal after resigning. I just received my appeal decision today 1/11/11. The judge determined I had good cause. I was experiencing severe stress due to the hostile nature of the work environment. I did not think I had a chance but I gave them my side and it worked out. I am still scared my employer will appeal but I was honest and even left out a lot of the inappropriate behavior this employer exhibited. |
