Hello i have joined a company by paying 40,000(fourty thousand rupees ) where i have been said that i would be given training upto 6 months and later i would be paid ......but after 6 months they said due some management problem it will take more 6 months to pay the salary last year i have joined in August 2007 now it crossed august 2008 still they are not paying any salary to me but they are still saying we will pay in next month ........when ever i ask about salary they say they will pay in next month . Now I got a job somewhere else and i have to join on 25 August ....shall i wait uptill september first week as said by employer to recieve the salary here or shall i resign and join the new job .........My present company is very near to my house and new job's office is 40km away from my house....There are 10 member's like me ....they are also not receiving any salary........what shall i do please suggest............? iam in a complete confusion.or ambiguity.......Shall i forget about my 40,000 (fourty thousand Rupees).... please tell me what to do

If u have appointement letter with ( mentioned salary) then u try to court case against your emloyer |

It is good for u to join the new company, does'nt matter it is close or far, I personally think that ur present company is not going to pay ur salary,So don't waste the time and the opportunity now u have got........
