...I wasn't able to complete the course. Now my boss is asking for an evaluation and certificate of the course. What do I do or tell her to keep my job, which honestly don't care for but need the money to pay bills.

Fess up. Tell the boss that you weren't able to find the time to complete the course. Then make an offer. You could offer to pay back the cost of the course or you could offer to enroll again at your own expense. Either way the only hope of saving face with your boss is to admit your mistake and offer to fix it, which means paying for the course out of your own pocket. |
