Okay My fiance is in jail and has been in jail since November for Terroristic threats. We have went to bond hearing and got deined bond. We have grand jury next Tuesday to see if he gets indicted or not. If he gets indicted what will happen next? There is no evidence. What kind of evidence do they need to have to find him guilty of this? And what about will the bond be? I know he didn't do this I was with him ALL day that day someone help me dont send me nothing if you cant be serious!

Get a lawyer if you do not have one. Terrorist threats are taken very seriously now these days so the chances of him getting out on bond is slim.
They have evidence they are not sharing it with you. They do not arrest someone on those kind of charges because they have a gut feeling. The evidence has been collected for months and surveillance has been done as well. In order to issue a warrant for arrest they need all the documentation and evidence to back up the charges. |
