I am the ex girlfriend. William Ruble attempted to hire a hit man to kill my fiance.
Today, I found out through a friend that he has plead "Not Criminally Responsible".
Can someone tell me what this means?
How likely is it that he is going to get away with this?
If he gets out...I don't know what we will do. We already moved out of state, but this man has a history of going after people I love to get to me, and he still knows where most of my family is.
Please help me, I am terrified. I called the States Attorneys office as soon as I heard, but they are closed for the holidays. HELP!
